VELUXER – Return & Refund Policy

At Veluxer, we are committed to excellence in every detail — from design to delivery. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we offer a seamless and secure return process designed for your convenience and peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene and quality reasons, accessories and undergarments are non-returnable.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Return

  1. Contact our Client Care team at help@veluxer.com to initiate your return.

  2. You will receive detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees and import duties are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us prior to return to ensure product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
